One-to-one video call. Understanding where you are, what you need, what's failed in the past, your struggles, your pinch points, your goals. A real conversation. Building connection first and understanding what you need.
3 x 60 min weight-based training sessions per week (main lift, accessories, heart raiser). Plus a 4th optional movement day. Food diary review to build mindfulness around eating.
Weekly WhatsApp check-in (message, voice note, or call), spending time talking about building resilient habits. This is where physical and mental strength start to merge.
Training consistency builds. Monthly group movement session (walk, bond, community). Optional bi-monthly live session on resilience, difficult conversations, and what actually affects women our age.
Online video call reviewing your progress: strength, weight, and most importantly — how your life feels different.

The woman looking back at you in the mirror is someone you recognise again — and someone you're proud of. This isn't like anything you've tried before. This isn't a shred plan that gets you a fast result and moves on. This is a mindset change backed by real accountability, knowledge, lived experience, and a community of like-minded women.
£397 is less than £50 a week, and can be spread across 3 payments. Less than most women spend on takeaways and wine in a month. This is an investment in yourself. You've been spending on everyone else for years.
You have 3 training sessions a week and a weekly check-in. If you have time to scroll Instagram for an hour a day, you have time for this. Real change means prioritising your health.

It's for any woman who has been through something real and is ready to rebuild. Most of our members are 35-55 but the only requirement is that you're ready.
Don't let that stop you. Most women who join either have a gym membership already or have access to basic equipment at home — and that's enough. On your one-to-one onboarding call at the start of the 8 weeks, we find out exactly what you have available and programme around it. This isn't a one-size-fits-all plan. It's a coaching relationship, and that flexibility is actually part of the value.
